Lead Specialist – Help New Students Take the First Step

Do you love what Iyengar Yoga has done for your body and mind?
Want to help others discover what’s possible for them—just by making a short phone call?

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and yoga-loving person to become our next Lead Specialist. You’ll be the first voice that new students hear after they express interest in our studio.

🌟 What’s the Role?

Each day, we receive contact info from people who’ve clicked on one of our Facebook or Instagram ads. These are leads—folks who are curious about yoga and may be wondering:

  • What kind of yoga do you offer?

  • Do I need experience?

  • Where do I start?

That’s where you come in.

As our Lead Specialist, you’ll call 1–2 new leads per day and offer a calm, welcoming introduction to Iyengar Yoga Source. You’ll answer questions, share your own experience, and help them:

  • Book their first class using our Intro Offer: 3 weeks of classes for $59, or

  • Sign up for a free studio orientation visit

You’ll use a simple script (we’ll provide it), log quick notes in our CRM, and follow up within 24 hours of receiving a new lead (weekends excluded).

💼 Details at a Glance

Start Date: September 2025
Location: Remote (must be available during Eastern Time daytime hours)
Time Commitment: ~5–10 minutes per weekday
Compensation:

  • $7 per completed phone call (includes voicemail + CRM entry)

  • $20 bonus for each student who either:

    • Signs up for our intro offer ($59 for 3 weeks), or

    • Books a free studio orientation

💛 Who We’re Looking For

You’d be a great fit if you:

  • Have taken classes at Iyengar Yoga Source and love the practice

  • Speak clearly, kindly, and professionally on the phone

  • Are consistent with follow-through and light CRM tasks

  • Feel comfortable sharing what makes our approach and teachers special

  • Can respond to new leads within 24 hours (Monday–Friday)

  • Are gently encouraging—even when someone is unsure

You don’t need to be pushy. But if you believe in the value of what we offer, you’ll feel comfortable helping someone take that first step, especially if they just need a little reassurance.

This role starts small—but for the right person, it could grow into additional studio support:
CRM organization, client communication, front desk coordination, or special projects.
