No Problem! Beginners looking for a slow pace are welcomed to join Foundations on Sundays at 10:00 am or Wednesdays at 6:00 pm. Prefer a private session to start? We offer those too! Call 401-461-6665 for guidance on picking classes.

All you need is comfortable clothing. In-studio, feel free to borrow props including yoga mats. For livestreaming, have blankets, a block, and a belt handy.

Classes & Levels

Classes are intentionally kept small to allow for personalized instruction and meaningful teacher-student interaction.

Arrive 5 minutes early, disconnect from your phone, leave shoes in the lobby, and introduce yourself to the teacher. Water is welcome in the lobby. Iyengar Yoga is not heated or especially cardiovascular in nature.
