Tom Foster, L.M.T.
Training and Experience
Tom has been a licensed bodywork practitioner for 25 years. He studied with Bob King at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy,
completing a curriculum that emphasized Swedish, Sports, Muscle Therapy and Myofascial Release approaches to bodywork. After
graduation Tom received additional training in manual lymph drainage, injury rehabilitation and cupping. He considers the relief of chronic head
and neck pain and injury rehabilitation to be his specialties.
Bodywork Philosophy
Tom practices Customized Therapeutic Bodywork. After an initial consultation and assessment, your treatment will be tailored to your
individual goals and concerns. A variety of techniques will be employed to attain maximum efficacy. While bodywork is often marketed as a "luxury", it can been an essential part of a personal wellness regimen.
