Class Levels & Descriptions
Each level builds progressively, allowing you to develop your practice with confidence and support.
Foundations (Beginner)
Build strength, stability, and ease of movement through a well-rounded sequence of foundational postures. Standing poses fortify the legs, arms, spine, and core, while seated postures and gentle back extensions encourage uprightness and mobility. With clear, step-by-step guidance, you’ll improve balance and coordination in a way that’s accessible and sustainable. Most classes close with restorative poses to encourage rest and integration.

Weekly Special Topics
Prop-Supported Restorative Yoga
Step out of the rush and into stillness. This class uses bolsters, blankets, and blocks to create deeply supported postures that release layers of tension and fatigue. With quiet guidance, you’ll experience what happens when you stop pushing and allow yourself to rest fully. Expect fewer poses, more time in each one, and a calm that stays with you long after class ends.
Great for: Recovery, stress relief, or better sleep.
Class Times: Wednesdays 6:00–7:15 pm, Sundays 5:30–6:30 pm
On the Ropes
Inspired by B.K.S. Iyengar’s Yoga Kurunta, this class invites you to explore the rope wall and experience familiar postures in new ways. The ropes provide traction and support, helping you stay longer in poses and study alignment with confidence. Open to all levels—no prior rope wall experience needed.
Class Time: Offered every 4 weeks (see schedule for upcoming dates)
Yoga Sutra Study Group
Join us online as we study the Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali, the classical text that illuminates yoga’s philosophical foundations. Each session includes guided reading, reflection, and discussion. No prior study required—just curiosity and interest in exploring yoga beyond the poses.
Offered online via Zoom every 4 weeks on Sunday, 7:00–8:00 pm.
