Advanced — For experienced students exploring longer holds, refined alignment, and more complex postures.
Restorative — A calming class designed for deep rest and nervous system recovery.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
We provide all props (mats, blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters).
Arrive a few minutes early so we can get you settled.
Let your teacher know about any injuries or limitations — we’ll help you adjust safely.
Step 4: Continue Your Practice
After your intro, we’ll help you find a membership or class pack that fits your schedule, budget, and goals.

When does my 3-week pass begin?
It starts on the date of your first class.
How many classes can I take?
As many as you like within the 3-week window. Most students start with 2–3 classes per week.
What happens after the 3 weeks?
You can choose a membership or class pack — there’s no automatic renewal. We’ll follow up near the end of your pass with options that fit your schedule.
Do I need to book the same class each week?
No. You can try any class that fits your schedule.
Is this for beginners?
Yes! Most of our students start here. Our teachers provide clear guidance and plenty of support.
Are livestream classes included?
Yes — join in person or online.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and comfortable clothing. We provide all mats and props.
What if I have injuries or physical limitations?
Please tell us before class. Our certified teachers are trained to adapt poses safely for each body.
Is there parking?
Yes — we share free parking with Ogie’s Restaurant.
