Livestream Classes

When you sign up for a livestream class, you’ll receive a Zoom link 60 minutes before class. If you register within 60 minutes of the start time, you’ll receive the link immediately. To make sure you don’t miss updates, check that “Reminders and Schedule Changes” are enabled in your account.

All livestream classes are recorded and available for 48 hours after class, giving you essentially on-demand access. Only the teacher is spotlighted and included in the recording. If you can’t make the live class, sign up anyway and access the recording to practice on your own schedule!

What to Have Ready

For most classes, we suggest having a yoga mat, blankets, a belt, and a block available. Foundations classes typically require fewer props.
