Memberships
Yoga is a powerful tool for self-care and lasting change. To truly experience the benefits, we recommend practicing at least 3 times per week—whether in studio classes or a mix of studio and home practice.

Class Packages

Private Sessions
Our smaller studio space is dedicated to private sessions, equipped with a single rope wall and the full range of Iyengar props for supported, individualized practice. We also offer private sessions on Zoom for those who prefer to work from home or live outside the area.
