Your Free Trial Class is Booked – Here’s What to Expect

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to your first class at Iyengar Yoga Source! Below, you’ll find everything you need to know before your visit.

1155 Westminster Street, Unit 201, Providence, RI
Our entrance is in the mill building attached to Ogies—look for our sign!

Parking: Free street parking is available along Westminster Street and nearby side streets.

Arriving on Foot or Bike? We’re centrally located, and there’s bike parking nearby.

  • Check Your Email: You’ll receive a confirmation and a reminder before class.

  • Need to Reschedule or Cancel? We have a limited number of spots per class, so if you can’t make it, please cancel as soon as possible to open the space for someone else. You can use the cancellation link in your email or send us a message here..

  • Arrive Early: Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before class so we can help you get settled. We have a call box at the door - press 009 to be buzzed in to the studio.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

  • We provide all props, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

  • Yoga is practiced barefoot—no need for special footwear!

For the best experience, we ask that you arrive on time. If you’re running late, please message us, but note that late arrivals may not be admitted.
