    We’ll check you in, show you the studio, and answer questions.

    Mats and all props are available—you don’t need to bring anything special.

    Your instructor may ask about injuries or concerns so they can offer appropriate guidance.

  • Clear, paced instruction
    Poses are taught step by step, with options and support.

    Each class ends with a period of guided rest.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. We practice barefoot.

How long is class?
75 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit.

Which class should I take?
Foundations or Foundations 55+ classes are a good place to start. Call us and we’ll help you choose.
