Exploring standing and twisting asanas through breath and observation
A chair is a very user-friendly and easily available prop. It enables us to access various asanas and, more importantly, allows us to stay longer in a given asana so that we have the opportunity to observe our breath and mind, and how the body, breath, and mind respond to each other.
In this series, we will mainly try standing and twisting asanas with the help of the chair. All of this will be done in the light of the breath so that both our practice and our mind become more illuminated.
