Join us for the First Annual In-Studio Retreat at Iyengar Yoga Source in Providence — or online!

A weekend of focused asana practice, sutra study, and community.

When:

  • Friday, July 24: 5:30–7:30 PM

  • Saturday, July 25: 3:00–5:00 PM

  • Community Meal & Film: Saturday, 5:00 PM (in-studio only)

  • Sunday, July 26: 3:00–5:00 PM

Theme:

Each session explores one of the three Sutras on asana, focusing on steadiness, ease, and balance:

  • Sthira Sukham Asanam – Steadiness and ease in posture

  • Prayatna Shaithilya Ananta Samapattibhyam – Relaxation of effort and meditation on the infinite

  • Tato Dvandva Anabhighatah – From that, one is not disturbed by the pairs of opposites

Milestone Access:

  • 750-class milestone: attend the full weekend free

  • 500-class milestone: attend two sessions free

  • 100 and 250-class milestone: attend one session free
