New to Yoga?
Starting something new can feel intimidating — especially if you're not sure what to expect. Our Foundations classes are built for exactly this. You'll learn how to use props, move at your own pace, and get individual guidance from your teacher from your very first class. We have students who started in their 20s and students who started in their 70s. There's no wrong time to begin.
What to expect in your first class:
Arrive about 10 minutes early. Your teacher will meet you, learn your name, and ask about any injuries or concerns. You'll be shown how to use blocks, straps, and bolsters, and guided through basic postures and breathing at a pace that makes sense for you.
