Three Ways to Train

AVAILABLE JUNE · PRIVATE · Personal Training
Private personal training is the best way to maximize your results. You will get your own personal trainer that will listen to your health and fitness goals and create a plan to reach it in the most optimal way. They will be with you every step of the way to help provide structure, guidance, and accountability so you can be the best version of yourself.
$150 per session · Your first session includes a full movement and strength assessment and goal-setting.

AVAILABLE JUNE · SEMI-PRIVATE · Partner Training Bring someone with you. You book the session, choose who you train with, and split the cost — $75 each for a fully private hour. Same expert attention and personalized programming as a private session, shared with someone who matches your commitment.
$150 per session, split between two · For optimal results book a private session before their first semi-priviate session.

OPENING JULY · SMALL GROUP · Group Training With this service, you will have the flexibility to perform your workouts under the close supervision of our fitness coach with up to 3 other people who have similar goals. If you are someone that is looking for evidence-based training, guidance, and an expert-written plan that drives results, then this supportive environment is for you.
$55 per session · Groups capped at 4 · An initial assessment with your personal trainer is required before joining a group.

THE SPACE

Strength training at Iyengar Yoga Source takes place in our private studio — a dedicated room adjacent to our main yoga studio, used for private yoga sessions and now home to small-group and personal training. It's quiet, focused, and nothing like a big gym.
