"Though I’d done yoga quite a long time ago, I had never done Iyengar yoga. I’ve been surprisingly pleased with this different approach, and already find myself carrying what I’ve learned into my day-to-day. I’ve had improved posture and self-awareness and feel confident that I’m helping to fend off pains and problems that come with age as I get help undoing bad habits—some of which I didn’t even know I had. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and the community is friendly and welcoming.”
