A unique opportunity to learn with Pranati Pratap. In this six-week series, we’ll study Pranayama—the regulation (Ayama) of Prana, the vital energy that differentiates the living from the non-living. Through supported positions and guided breath work, we’ll become sensitive to the breath and how it carries prana through the body. We’ll also learn simple, silent utterances that help energize various parts and organs of the body.
