This 4-week series is designed for complete beginners and those new to the Iyengar method. You’ll learn the foundations of yoga through clear, step-by-step instruction, with an emphasis on alignment, stability, and safe practice.
All props are provided. Enrollment is limited to 12 students for personalized attention.
Each week builds progressively:
• March 11 - Week 1: Standing pose foundations & Tadasana
• March 18 - Week 2: Building strength & stability
• March 25 - Week 3: Seated poses & flexibility work
• April 1 - Week 4: Integration & your complete practice
